岗位职责：

1.独立高效的完成公司日常视频拍摄、制作、剪辑后期制作等全部流程工作；

2.配合其他部门完成视频制作，完成不同类型的视频制作；

3.负责视频节目的内容更新、视频节目维护；

4.配合运营进行线上线下的品牌宣传与推广；

5.参与公司组织策划的推广活动，并对活动进行拍摄、后期编辑；

6.收集公司影像资料，定期整理；

7.对各种素材包括文字、图片、视频等按照编辑规定进行有效处理；

8.负责包装剪辑公司所有数字内容视频案例，协助推广宣传；

9.协调与沟通制作过程中的相关各环节；完成制作全过程，保证成片质量。

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历，具有一年以上视频剪辑工作经验；

2、精通Final、Premiere、After effect、Edius等软件；

3、熟悉剪辑流程、了解各种编码转换；

4、能独立完成专题片等影视后期制作工作；

5、语言的表达能力、沟通能力强、有团队合作意识，能适应高强度工作压力；

6、学习能力强，具备分析问题解决问题的能力；

7、有为央视等电视台进行过后期包装的相关工作经验者优先。

Responsibilities:
